- HYTORC is currently seeking a General Manager for our locations in Australia, with experience managing an Australian company, providing world-class customer’s service and developing an outstanding team. You will ensure that the team and facility are sales and customer focused. Additionally, identify and develop plans to address opportunities, as well as, supervise, control, direct, administer and coordinate all operations under the general direction of company President.**_MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES _**
- _Supervise the performance and maintenance of all personnel and ensure the efficient operation of the facility and computer systems._
- _ Develop operating instructions and procedures; strive toward a goal of zero down-time in operations. _
- _Prepare operating budgets relative to the needs of the business._
- _ Ensure that the on-site staff conforms to all local laws, codes and regulations._
- _ In conjunction with Owner, establish a program for the acquisition, storage and accountability of all operating materials, tools and equipment. Establish a customer approved inventory control system._
- _ Ensure that work responsibilities are allocated properly among subordinates by developing and implementing schedules and work methods and procedures that are designed to obtain low cost and efficient operation._
- _Penetrate accounts and improve customer relationships_
- _Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the branch._
- _Oversee the overall profitability of the branch, ensuring that the branch’s financial goals are met and annual budgets are prepared._
- _Ensure all company policies and procedures are consistently followed by the office._
- _Perform special assignments for the company and/or office as needed._

- _Business Degree_
- _Prior experience managing an Australian company, must demonstrate the ability to successfully manage and direct others._
- _Must demonstrate skills required to build team spirit and successfully motivate all Associates._
- _Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in both English and German._
- _Must be willing to travel._
- _Must be proficient with computer systems._
- _Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills._
- _Must have the ability to analyze sales and marketing information needed to make business run more efficient._
- _Must possess a solid understanding of the fundamental principals of financial management and possess the ability to effectively monitor and control expenses._
- _Possesses high energy, and a can-do attitude, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment._
- _Excellent planning, organizing skills, and time management skills_
