**Distribution Contract Manager**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Lead and assume responsibility for Deliver functions for Western Australia (WA), comprising Bulk Cryogenic Liquid, Cryospeed and PGP
- You will lead and manage contractor relationship against agreed contract and in line with BOC requirements and ensure all contractors engaged are under active contracts
- Manage and monitor adherence to safety, quality and environmental objectives & ensure fleet is managed and maintained
- You will monitor all transformation programmes ensuring governance including Business Cases, Project charters and approval
- You will lead and manage improvement initiatives through the areas, with Contractors and business stakeholders
- You will ensure compliance to BOC standards, local regulations and contracted terms & conditions as well as compliance to all requirements relating to safety, health, environment and quality

**What makes you great**
- You should have experience leading a team within a logistics/business environment
- You will be a strong communicator with the capability to liaise with relevant stakeholders as well as negotiate and influence contractors at all levels
- You should have Logistics diploma/certificate or Relevant degree (desirable)
- Experience managing geographically, culturally and functionally diverse teams
- Demonstrated safety and compliance focus
- Understanding of Dangerous Good Regulations and Transport Compliance is highly regarded / essential
- You should have experience managing and understanding costs and budgets
