Join us as Account Manager for the Motions Services Business, your responsibility is to provide professional, timely, and high-quality service and support to ABB customers by managing and leading the service engineers to achieve their individual targets across WA-based customers. Your focus will also be to deliver and exceed the Financial, Quality, Safety, Development, and Retention targets. This is a dual-role reporting line, requiring a high level of coordination and communication.Reporting to National Service Sales Manager for Account management and to the National Service Operations Manager for the coordination of service engineers and this position will be based in Canning Vale, Australia.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Supporting the Business Development Manager in translating global strategies into local strategic actions
- Contributes to strategy definition and execution through the analysis and identification of new opportunities of customer install base
- Develops a deep understanding of respective key accounts to ensure the complete portfolio is being driven across the install base
- Working with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities in line with global strategic priorities and delivering high quality, contract execution support and superior customer service focus
- Coordinating the scheduling of ABB Service Engineers with Field Service Manager required to complete as per contract requirements
- Coordinating the renewal of agreements at the end of a contract period
- Coordinating with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers
- Developing good understanding of respective local markets, competitive environments and ABB position and acting as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders
**Your background**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a Service environment
- Experience in the delivery of service agreements
- Demonstrated experience in operation excellence of service engineers
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate excellent time management skills and be an excellent communicator
- Experience in SAP is advantageous
