**Christian Brethren Community Services** (CBCS) is a not-for-profit organisation that has been in operation for over 40 years. We specialise in the provision of accommodation and care for the aged across 3 facilities in Cherrybrook, Glenhaven and Cardiff.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, we are seeking someone with a positive attitude and friendly personality who can keep the spirits of our residents high, with a purpose to create a connected, supportive and vibrant community. You will be highly responsive towards the needs of residents, communicate with genuine care and develop and build positive relationships.

The position is located at Cherrybrook and Glenhaven with some limited travel to Cardiff.

**YOU WILL BRING**
- Previous experience in a service or people focussed environment such as retirement living, property services, hospitality, community care, aged care, child care, school, personal assistant
- Strong people management, customer service and interpersonal skills
- High level of business and commercial acumen
- Asset and Facilities Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and caring disposition
- Conflict resolution skills with experience in resolving complaints.
- Ability to achieve results through efficient use of resources and commitment to quality outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and value contributions
- Knowledge of compliance requirements e.g. Retirement Villages Legislation
- Up to date Covid and flu vaccinations
