**About the role**

We are looking for a **Change Analyst** to play a major role in driving this change and supporting employees through their change journey by building awareness and managing change impacts successfully.

As the **Change Analyst**, you will be a valued member of the team who will support our Change Lead in delivering change management activities to support our people to transition and onboard to the future operating model and program pilots. The key aspect of the role is to be done through change impact analyses to fully understand changes across people, processes and technology in alignment with business requirements and benefit objectives. The broader aspect is to identify barriers to adoption and formulate change plans in alignment with the overarching program change strategy and roadmap.

Reporting to an Implementation & Change Portfolio Manager, you will involve in a program that will facilitate the organisational change of the Service Delivery Directorate’s operating model, across people, process and technology, culture, customer journeys and data and analytics.

**About you**

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:

- Extensive experience in change management in a large or complex environment, including proven knowledge and practical experience working with change management tools and methodologies (i.e. PROSCI/ADKAR).
- Well-developed interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging, facilitating, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders and customers to deliver value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse range of stakeholders and delivery quality documentation where required.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources to prepare strategies, plans, reports, process maps and achieve business focussed solutions.
- Advanced skills in communicating qualitative and quantitative information to varying audiences using Microsoft Office products in a creative and innovative format.
- Excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding complex environment, with a proven ability to prioritise competing demands and achieve results within tight timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment as well as individually.
