**About the role**:

- Work with Product Specialist to improve service offered to clients
- Communicate in a clear and timely manner to clients

**About you**:
Working as an important part of our team, you will work with the Product Specialist Team on our SaaS product.

**Skills and preferred experience**:

- Currently studying or Graduate in Technology or Business
- Demonstrated experience in communicating with clients or customers
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Excellent English Language Skills
- Positively contribute to the culture of our brand

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
