**Position Overview**
**About Us**
We are a cosmetic and skincare local supplier and wholesaler.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage orders, including order preparation, order entry, confirmation, and queries; invoicing, customer claims, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.
- Update product listings on our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Manage and upload product images, making sure they meet company standards and are visually appealing.
- Support promotional activity for both online and offline channels.
- Manage inventory, including maintenance of items, pricing, vendors, and customers.
- Provide sales support, including sales reporting, preparing sales presentations, and supporting new business development.
- Contact existing clients to assist with placing orders and merchandising.
- Create compelling and eye-catching graphics for banners, social media images, and other marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Write engaging and persuasive content for product descriptions, blog posts, social media updates, and other marketing communications.
- Ensure all written content is clear, concise, and aligned with the brand's voice.
- Prepare business presentations and proposals in PowerPoint or other professional formats.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining organized records.
- Carry out general office duties as required.

**Experience and Skills**
- 1+ years of previous experience preferred in a similar role, managing orders, supporting sales, customer service, and sales reporting.
- Experience in administrative, accounts, or sales support roles preferred.
- Customer service skills.
- Mathematical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the principles and operations of computer and accounting software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Advanced proficiency in Excel is expected.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Record-keeping skills.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
