We are seeking a highly organised, self-motivated and professional team member who can manage the day to day operations of our medical centre in centrally located Hamilton.

This is a full time position and is suited to a team player, with a positive attitude who can build a great culture and encourage an excellent work ethic within the team. Growth into upper management is available to the right person.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the medical centre
- Staff rostering
- Supporting team members, Doctors, and Local Partners
- Manage incoming and outgoing expenses
- Reporting to the Management Team

**Skills & Requirements**
- Previous experience in a General Practice environment in reception/management or high level practice administrative position is advantageous
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- **Experience with Best practice Software and Microsoft office.**:

- Ability to effectively communicate
- Knowledge of Medicare item numbers
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
- Ability to empathise with patients
- Must have a passion for working with people and have a personable disposition.
