Cater Care is looking for a Full time Chef Manager at one of their key Aged care residences in Hamilton, Victoria.

Full time position available, $77,000 to $90,000

Description:

What This Role Involves:

Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management with a focus on seasonal produce

Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking

Liaison with staff and residents alike

Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices

Demonstrable team management, development & leadership

Assisting the broader team as required

Skills and Experiences:

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Trade qualification

Experience in a similar role

Strong communication skills

Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
