Day Fortnight & 2 Days WFH
We're looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join a friendly and professional team supporting a broad portfolio of clients - particularly in the medical and professional services sectors.This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same.
You'll work across multiple businesses, providing full-function bookkeeping with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and client service.
What you'll do: Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for a diverse client baseRun payroll, including super and entitlementsOversee AP, AR, BAS, IAS and monthly reconciliationsPrepare financial and management reportsLiaise confidently with clients and external accountantsUse tools like Xero, MYOB, Excel, and MS Office daily What you bring: 4-5+ years' experience in bookkeeping (ideally multi-client or outsourced)Strong attention to detail and confidence in handling deadlinesExcellent communication and client-facing skillsProficiency in Xero and MYOB Why join us?
