Our client, an organisation based in Hallam seeks an experienced permanent **Bookkeeper** to join their team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day transactional bookkeeping and preparation of monthly management accounts
- Budget management
- Cash Flow forecasting for projects
- WIP Reporting & management
- Reconciling accounts
- Following up of invoices/receipts for payments
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Comply with legislative and GST, FBT taxation requirements
- Month End Processes to the chart of accounts
- Maintain accurate reporting across the inventory, project management, cash flow

forecasting software & Xero.
- Update the WIP report at the end of each month & send to the accountants

**Competencies Required**:

- Comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Good time management skills
- Bookkeeping Certification
