Leading Tier 1 construction company who specialise design and build of large infrastructure projects within Transport, Utilities and Defence

**Your new role**

Utilisation of IT systems to support safety, environment and quality functions for large construction project
- Administrative duties to support safety, environment and quality functions including:

- Supporting incident investigations and development of alerts;
- Subcontractor onboarding processes regarding managing registers for induction, plant and equipment, SWMS and training / competency
- Completing purchase requestions orders for items such as PPE, testing and tagging, training providers, drug and alcohol testing provider
- Assist with safety and environment monthly reporting requirements
- Conduct site inspections to ensure implementation of safety, environment and quality procedures
- Collate test results and other quality documentation
- Maintain Master Document Register (MDR) documentation for completeness, and assist technical reviewers to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain quality registers including calibration records, audit finding closures, non-compliance administration and ITP/hold point registers.
- Support the growth of the project’s positive culture

**What you'll need to succeed**

You have a strong administrative skill, are a quick learner, able to pick tasks up quickly. Ideally you will have experience working within a construction site provide support to the safety and quality teams, Good communications skills, organised and happy to work autonomously.
