WHS Coordinator | Western Sydney | $80-100k + super + car allowance

You will be working for a family-owned manufacturing company who have multiple sites across Australia. This role will allow you to work across 3 sites in NSW.

**About the role**

You will be reporting to the Group WHS Manager and will be part of a collaborative team passionate about ensuring a strong Workplace Health, Safety and Environmental culture. You will predominately be based in Western Sydney and will have the opportunity to travel to two other sites across NSW on occasion.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the implementation and reviewing of policies and procedures at sites
- Undertake regular site visits to conduct audits, inspections and observations to ensure sites are meeting the requirements of WHS legislation and company policies and procedures
- Assist with WHS improvement initiatives
- Provide support to sites in the risk management of hazards and implementing control measures
- Provide support to sites on completing incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
- Coordinating internal reviews
- Administration of HSEQ documents and systems
- Coordinating regular audits and inspections
- Maintaining WHS records and ensuring maintenance and servicing is conducted in a timely manner,
- Maintaining company fleet systems

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a WHS role within a manufacturing environment or similar.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS
- Awareness of relevant legislation and industry regulations
- Good communication and computer skills
- Confidence to use initiative and to make decisions where required
