**About the Role**

Reporting into the HR Manager for Australasia, this role will lead the people stream for the Engineering Services portfolio nationally and supporting the WA GM for Mining Services. Total client group of circa 100.

You will work alongside functional and operational leaders to attract, retain and engage the workforce to support business growth and performance. You will have the opportunity to act as Coach and Advisor to managers regarding all employee relations matters.

As the HR Leader, you will also be responsible for overseeing all career development activities across multiple sites, ensuring all managers are fully trained and capable in the management of their teams. This will include performance management, investigations as needed and wellbeing initiatives.

**About You**

You are a highly motivated and engaging HR generalist with a minimum of 3 years experience, ready to step up into a true business partnering role.

Your experience in previous roles demonstrates leadership and facilitation in ER, talent acquisition, L&D and culture programs, and you have deep knowledge of Industrial labor relations.

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline, and your prior experience in mining and/or engineering industries would be highly regarded.
