Exciting HRBP Team Lead opportunity

Your new role as Human Resources Business Partnering Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of HR Business Partners in embedding the HR operating model and corporate HR strategy into day-to-day operations.

You will provide strategic guidance and direction to the team, ensuring their capabilities are aligned and positioned to deliver an effective and efficient suite of HR services to relevant internal client groups, supporting functional and business objectives and creating a value-added experience for all stakeholders.

You will be able to assist to develop a structured, professional and fit for purpose approach to delivery of HR services, whilst cultivating professional growth of the team.

Ideally, you will come with experience and attributes that include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations or Employment Law
- HR generalist technical knowledge and expertise gained through professional qualifications and sound extensive practical experience
- Experience in Employee Relations legislation with previous experience in the management of grievance investigations
- Experience working with and coaching Executive Management levels
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to HR strategy and execution of plans
- Strong leadership and development skills, with strong communication and influencing skills
- Interactions primarily concerned with influencing, developing and motivating people and changing behaviour
- Previous experience working in large organisations within a similar role
