**We are seeking a talented and motivated Tech Support Advisor to join our team. As a Tech Support Advisor at MultiScreen, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients using our digital signage solutions. You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot technical issues, provide installation assistance, configure software and hardware settings as required, and ensure smooth operation of our digital signage systems. Some facets of administering our internal office network and PCs will also be undertaken.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software & networking issues related to digital signage systems.**

**Assist clients and/or technicians with installation, configuration, and setup of digital signage hardware and software.**

**Build, troubleshoot & repair PC hardware.**

**Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.**

**Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical support logs.**

**Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the development team.**

**Maintain, configure & repair our internal office network and PC workstations, as required.**

**Requirements**:
**Proven experience in technical support or customer service role, preferably in the digital signage industry.**

**Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.**

**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**

**Ability to create easy-to-follow troubleshooting documentation.**

**Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred but not mandatory.**

**Familiarity with digital signage hardware and software solutions preferred.**

**Familiarity with WiFi networking, configuration of WiFi access points and diagnosing of network connectivity issues.**

**Familiarity with digital RF modulators and video signal distribution preferred.**

**Familiarity with building, troubleshooting & repairing PC computer hardware preferred.**

**Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.**

**Required to work on premises at our Thebarton office, between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.**

Pay: $54,249.34 - $97,159.16 per year
