About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Procurement and Contracts team at West Moreton Health. The Procurement and Contracts Officer reports directly to the Manager Strategic Procurement and assists with complex operational support in the delivery of the West Moreton Hospital (WMH) procurement function.
About you
- Experience in administration duties, word processing, and spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to generate periodical reports and analysis, slicing and dicing the data to generate reports that lead towards educated decision making.
- Experience in utilising software systems, experience in QContracts and QTender, document management systems, ERP (SAP - S4 HANA) systems or equivalent.
- High level collaborative skills and the ability to communicate with officers at all levels within a large organisation, the general public and external agencies with the possession of tact, diplomacy and discretion.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
