Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Migration Coordinator located in Brisbane, QLD. The Migration Coordinator will be responsible for guiding clients through immigration procedures, providing technical support, troubleshooting migration-related issues, and working with network administration tasks. The role includes daily interaction with clients to ensure their educational and migration goals are met effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Network Administration
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting migration-related issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the education or migration industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
