**Position: Migration Team Leader**

**Salary: upto $110K p.a.**
**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
As a Migration Team Leader, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of a migration team. The role is both challenging and rewarding since you will manage demanding workloads and competing priorities while maintaining high levels of client service and professional integrity.
**DUTIES OF POSITION**:
Under direct supervision of the Operations Manager:
- Managing a team of migration agents and the processing team.
- Conduct business development meetings with a consultative approach to complete the sale and lock in the client.
- Manage and drive the team to achieve company targets.
- Complete case management with regular updates to clients
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), Skill
- Assessing Authorities, and all other relevant authorities to monitor progress and seek further information regarding the case.
- Propose, seek approval, and implement strategies favoring overall company growth.
- Business acumen with an operational mindset would be the backbone of the role.
- Reporting to the Operations Manager is required on a day-to-day basis.
**Salary**: $66,879.56 - $110,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brisbane, QLD 4000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Immigration: 5 years (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
