**Overview**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Liaison with clients and trustees regarding holdings and unit pricing information
- Production of various reports at regular intervals
- Performing portfolio valuations reconciliations
- Liaison with external service provider regarding valuations
- Provide job coverage for team members
- Ad hoc reporting and tasks as directed by the Head of Fund Services

**Experience**
- 2+ years experience with an investment manager or custodian in a unit registry administration role

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Experience with a unit registry system
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (not including macros)
- Working knowledge of unit trust products
- Knowledge of fund accounting
- Exposure to Investment Management systems
- Understanding of the distribution process
- Knowledge of the tax impacts of unit trusts
