We’re now seeking a **Spa Manager** who shares this vision. Someone who leads with heart and excellence, and who inspires a team to deliver unforgettable moments of stillness and luxury.

**About the Role**

In this position, you will:

- Lead a passionate team of therapists across massage, facials, body treatments, waxing, and beauty rituals
- Manage daily spa operations, including recruitment, rostering, and performance development
- Drive the spa’s financial success by ensuring sustainable profitability while maintaining an exceptional standard of service and care
- Provide initial and ongoing training in treatment protocols, product knowledge, and guest engagement
- Champion a serene, elegant spa experience where every guest feels nurtured and renewed
- Stay hands-on to remain in tune with guest needs and spa offerings
- Coach your team in service excellence, up-selling, and retail performance
- Thrive in a flexible 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays

**About You**
- A Diploma of Beauty Therapy and proven leadership in a spa or wellness setting
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on team growth
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive sustainable business performance without compromising the guest experience
- A calm, solutions-focused approach—even under pressure
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Impeccable grooming and a professional, polished presence
- A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for wellness
