**Position Summary**:

- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and serve our guests explaining the facilities available, exceeding their expectations
- Actively clean and maintain all gym equipment and changeroom areas
- Maintain towel and other pool inventory
- Coordinate products and equipment ready for guests to use
- Ensure guest queries and requests are handled effectively, creating memorable experiences
- Complete standard reception duties whilst upholding a professional standard
