We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our Purchasing and Logistics functions. This is a pivotal leadership role for a hands-on, analytical professional who thrives on creating clarity from complexity and delivering measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team across purchasing, demand planning, and logistics to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement robust inventory and demand planning strategies that balance service levels with cost optimisation.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service delivery.
  • Oversee logistics, distribution, and 3PL management, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
  • Leverage data and analytics to make informed, evidence-based decisions and provide strategic insights to the executive team.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless alignment with business goals.

What We're Looking For

You are a proven people leader with a passion for operational excellence and strategic foresight. You bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in supply chain or logistics management roles.
  • Demonstrated people management experience with the ability to coach, empower, and inspire others.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Iptor, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel / data analytics.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
