**Who are we?**

Castle Hill Medical Centre provides comprehensive services to the Hills area and surrounding districts. The practice has 25 GP’s, a large nursing department, a generous patient services team, X-ray facilities, pathology, and many multidisciplinary team members.

**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced administrator to work 9am to 2pm 3 days a week in our Preventative Health team. You will provide a high level of support to the Preventative Health Nurses and GP’s operating from Castle Hill Medical Centre and outstanding customer service to patients and the general public.

Applicants must be efficient, hardworking and reliable with previous experience in general practice desirable. The responsibilities of the role include:

- Identify patients who may require additional care for preventative health
- Work with GPs and Preventative Health Nursing team to facilitate appointments and treatment programs for patients
- Manage appointment schedules and billings for patients and GPs for the preventative health department

**You will need**:

- Previous experience in an Administrator role
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to learn patient management system software e.g., Best Practice
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient confidentiality

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
