**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Implementation**: Install and configure POS systems, self-ordering kiosks, kitchen displays, payment solutions, and related hardware/software at client sites.
- **Support**: Provide technical support to clients for troubleshooting issues, performing system updates, and resolving hardware/software problems.
- **Training**: Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use POS systems and other technology solutions effectively.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and providing on-site and remote technical assistance.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of installations, maintenance, and client interactions for future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- **Technical Background**: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in IT support, POS implementation, or related technical roles. Experience with restaurant/retail POS systems is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking, and software configuration. Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and Android is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and customer support.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support as needed.
