**The Role**:
As a result of our continued growth, we are looking to fill a Software Sales Support Specialist to join our successful sales team.

The key objective of thsi role is to process software sales with a customer-focused attitude ensuring that the client is satisfied and their needs are met.

**Key activities**:
**Client interaction and Sales support**
- Quoting and Renewals support across all territories.
- Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives - Follow up on Quotes with Suppliers, Customers and ensure orders have been placed
- Identify and keep up with sales trends - Provide reports to Software specialist on orders placed, fulfilled and any licensing queries that needs a specialist to be involved.
- Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
- Opportunity, Pipeline and Forecasting support for Software Sales Specialists.
- Maintain accurate data for customers which relates to proposals, contracts and correspondence in systems.

**What skills and experience you bring**:

- Demonstrable experience in IT sales support administration, or similar role. Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems, or similar.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
- Self-motivated, task-focused, able to use your own initiative and work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Manage time effectively and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines
- Delivery of consistent and exceptional customer service experience
