**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as an Implementation Head - HRP for Australia Region at the Client. The Implementation Head will be responsible for leading and managing teams, ensuring successful execution of projects, managing stakeholders, and overseeing project and resource management. Key responsibilities include project planning, risk management, quality control, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a highly skilled team of Implementation Services Specialists.
- Manage a defined book of clients and their associated implementation projects, focusing on profitability and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with top management to define and execute strategies.
- Actively engage in new business scoping and estimating activities.
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring appropriate training and performance feedback.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership to multiple implementations and facilitate cross-functional teams.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Master's degree preferred; PMP certification preferred.
- 15+ years of business experience, with 5+ years managing teams and recruiting talent.
- Previous implementation and project management experience required.
- Enterprise product implementation experience mandatory.
- Strong collaborative, negotiating, influencing, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships.
- Remote team management experience required due to multi-location site strategy.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to present in front of large groups.
- Ability to provide strategic analysis and consult with senior leaders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract

**Salary**: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
