**About the role**
Ventia has an opportunity for a passionate Project Coordinator to join our Telecommunications team. We are offering a Permanent, Full-time role that will see you responsible for site assessments, compliance reporting and communications with our client.

This role is based in our Cremorne office, reporting directly to the Project Manager. We are also happy to discuss flexible work arrangements to support work/life balance.

**Key Duties**
- Assist Project Managers with the delivery of works performed in VIC, TAS, NSW and QLD
- Assist in obtaining site handover artefacts from stakeholders, reviewing and facilitate final acceptance submission to the client
- Participate in site visits to engage with field workers and ensure quality of acceptance documentation is in accordance with scope of works
- Unpack new projects in consultation with all relevant bodies to understand tactical and physical risks
- Manage project risks and actions by ensuring that each project is risk assessed
- Manage the Client/Customer relationships and expectations for allocated projects

**What you'll need**
- Experience in a relevant role desirable
- Strong analytical and observational skills
- Strong Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience in planning, monitoring project progress and assisting with resource scheduling
