Requirement:
Skout Solutions and Ventia are seeking 1 x Project Coordinator for our Telecommunication Contract located at our Cremorne office. The role is a 6 months temporary basis with potential for ongoing work, 38 hours a week Monday-Friday.

**Tasks**:

- Review subcontractor claims
- Analyse subcontractor completion artefacts against claim quantities
- Escalation to Project Engineer, Area Supervisor on repeated disputed items
- NBN claim BOQ quality check
- Quality check pre-prepared claim BOQ to ensure all applicable BOQ claims items are present and quantities are accurate
- Prepare various completions status reports
- Daily and adhoc status updated to Project Engineer

Skills and Experience:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and efficient
- Telco/NBN experience preferred
- 1 Year experience in project coordinator role or similar
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
