**About the Opportunity**

The Facilities Administrator will be responsible for the Computerised Maintenance Management System (IFS) at ASC SA, including weekly reporting on all Preventative Maintenance and MEX OPS KPI’s.

The role will provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager and the Facilities Department through the Processing of Invoices, Request for Quotations, Safety Incident Reporting in MyOSH, IFS entries and Works Order processing, IFS Reports, raising Capital Expenditure Requests, preparing agendas and keeping minutes for meetings, amongst others.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a full office administration role to Facility Project Manager, including filing, general office administrative functions and typing, amongst others.
- Booking in contractors and managing inductions.
- The allocation and control of lockers on all ASC SA sites, including the emptying and re-allocation of abandoned lockers (in cooperation with HR and Security) and the accurate maintenance of locker key registers.
- Closing work orders and attaching documentation.

**About you**
- A solid demonstrated work experience in a maintenance environment.
- General administration skills with good attention to detail.

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
