Forming part of the wider InvoCare brand, Patch & Purr is a leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint.

Through our dedicated and caring team, we offer dignified farewells for much loved family pets through our best-practice cremation services and pet crematoriums.

Due to ongoing growth, we are now seeking an empathetic and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our South Windsor team.

**About the role**
- Manage the Cremation and Keepsake Preparation Teams to ensure day-to-day workload is completed in a timely manner whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Responsible for rostering, hiring, induction, training, performance reviews and performance management.
- Coordinate with all areas of the business including the Client Care Team, Relationship Managers and Drivers to investigate and resolve client complaints.
- Organise and maintain the crematorium, equipment, warehouse and grounds.
- Support the State Manager and liaise with interstate counterparts to ensure best practice nationally.
- Drive continuous improvement of operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the company’s service delivery standards.
- Deliver high level of OH&S standards and training.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Minimum of three years previous experience in management positions.
- Experience managing diverse teams and the ability to lead from the front and by example
- Inclusive leadership style with proven success in developing individuals to create empowered, high performing teams
- Willingness and ability to provide ‘hands-on’ support to team members
- The physical and emotional capability to handle deceased pets and work in a high temperature environment
- Strong IT skills, with an understanding of bar coding and MS Office Suite
- Strong commitment and experience with OH&S
- A solutions-focus, great at solving problems and working through any issues
- An understanding and technical appreciation of industrial equipment
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions under pressure
