**Job Details**

This role will be responsible for the Service Delivery functions for a group of 4-5 Service teams, including: management of WIP, L&M pipeline and labour resourcing and planning. Responsible for employee development, coaching, recruitment, and retention. As well as leaving the technicians to drive growth through direct sales and increase of contract base.

About the role:

- Lead and drive FLSP team to achieve KPIs: executed margin, labour utilization, Day to invoice, cash collections, and other goals.
- Drive operational excellence for 4-5 Service teams.
- Manage WIP list for efficient workflow.
- Review and manage monthly SSV schedules, past-due reports, and PSA contracts.
- Conduct profitability-focused customer account reviews with Service Account Managers.
- Oversee PSA renewals, including backlog, onboarding, estimating, and delivery plans.
- Drive weekly L&M WIP and quote review reports.
- Manage labour resourcing, forecasting, and planning for billable hours, overtime, and utilization.
- Manage technician development through LPT, on-the-job training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding for new technicians.
- Undertake field ride-along with technicians.
- Perform additional duties as required.

About you:

- People/team management experience.
- Trade background (HVAC, BMS or Electrical).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Capable of working efficiently in fast paced environment and under pressure.
