**About the role**

The **Technology Manager - Applications** provides high level advice to TAFE SA Executive and management to shape ICT direction and align technology solutions with strategic priorities and provides expert contribution to the planning and execution of ICT initiatives that enable business change and transformation.

**Key Outcomes include**
- Initiate, direct, and oversee critical projects that enhance solution functionality, user experience, and TAFE SA operational efficiency, including managing significant resources to deliver TAFE SA and government ICT priorities.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure ICT services teams understand business needs, manage expectations, and ensure ICT solutions deliver value to staff, students, industry and the community.

**Special Conditions**
- Some out of hours work may be required.
- Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
- Incumbent will be required to participate in the department’s Performance Development Program.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
