**Accounts Payable Officer**

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, customer focused team player with a can-do attitude, looking to get their foot in the door, working as an **Accounts Payable Officer**. Joining our National Accounts Payable team located at the Shared Services Centre in **Parramatta, NSW**. Training will be provided on systems and processes relating to Accounts Payable Officer tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process all invoices with strict attention to accuracy
- Point of contact for suppliers’ queries and resolving them in a timely manner
- Supports compliance to policies, procedures for Accounts Payable processes
- Informs and escalates timely if necessary, any issues relating to purchase orders and suppliers’ invoice processes
- Work closely with Internal and External stakeholders & other teams to ensure open lines of communication are maintained
- Constantly seek improvement of existing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency

**Experience and Background**:

- Completed or part time studies (near completion) in fields of related discipline such as; Accounting or Office Admin or Finance either TAFE/Uni/College
- Experience in problem solving analysis preferred (not required)
- Familiar with using Excel

- High level of work ethic.
