**About the role and company**
Our client is looking for a hard-working, dedicated Accounts officer, who is both accurate and proactive whilst being collaborative and fitting within a close-knit team.
The role is permanent and incorporates both Accounts payable and receivable duties.
**The responsibilities**
Reporting directly to the accounts manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Driving the accounts payable process, on an end-to-end basis
- Preparing weekly Debtors reports as well as running daily reconciliations
- Monthly Reporting for stakeholders
- Following up on debtor collections
- Processing Eft/company credit card expenditure
- Weekly reporting for AP Meetings
- Work with Foreign Exchange Contracts (FEC)
- involved in and running end-to-end Accounts receivable process
