**About DDH1 DRILLING**

DDH1 Drilling is a leading provider of drilling services to the Australian mineral exploration and mining industry. For over 16 years, our reputation has been built on a track record of high performance, quality drilling and our skilled team who make it possible.

**About the Role**

The responsibilities of this position will incorporate but not be limited to:

- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies within the eastern states’ region.
- Processing new starter documentation.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with Recruitment Agencies.
- Co-ordinating injury management and care of our employees.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Previous experience working in the Drilling Industry is an advantage however Resources experience is preferred.
- Livehire experience is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and have a resilient and positive attitude when focuses may change.
- Demonstrated time management and prioritising skills with proven capacity to meet deadlines.
- An understanding of confidentiality and its importance.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills in general.
- Tertiary qualified in HR or similar is desirable.
