The Role

As our Guest Experience Co-ordinator, you are the magic-maker, the memory-builder, and the smiling face guests remember long after check-out. You bring fun, flair, and flawless attention to detail to transform every stay into something unforgettable. You will connect with guests in a vibrant inner-city precinct, work within a team, and help elevate the guest experience to new heights.

About You

Your talents will include:

  • You will thrive on showing initiative and proactively ensure our guests have an elevated experience
  • VIPs receive personal welcomes, pre-arrival setup, amenities, and tours—with care and showmanship
  • Be present and joyful—greeting guests in the lobby, offering poolside tips, or helping with bags with energetic and friendly service
  • Create daily "wow" moments and continuously seek ways to go above and beyond in fresh, local, and fun ways
  • Be team-centric and work toward common goals
  • You have previous hotel guest service experience
  • Strong IT and process experience with attention to detail and familiarity with Opera (PMS)
  • Stay informed about hotel happenings and local gems
  • Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and night shifts
  • Motivated to provide the best guest experience possible
