Recently graduated in strategic procurement, supply chain management, business administration or commerce related degree and looking to start your career in Procurement with a global company. As a Procurement Coordinator/Graduate you will support the Procurement Team in sourcing, negotiating and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services

**The Opportunity**:

- Support the preparation and issuance of requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs)
- Analyse supplier responses and assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts and supplier performance
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities
- Assist in the development and implantation of procurement strategies

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
