As a result of our continued growth / internal promotions, we now have an excellent opportunity for a positive and energetic individual to join our internal Customer Service Team on a full-time basis.

The role largely involves critical checking of orders and quotes processed by the internal sales team to ensure accuracy - including following up issues / completing purchase orders where required.

The Role
- Ensuring all orders and quotes are accurately entered into system by the sales team
- Ensuring all relevant products have P/O copies (external and internal) where required
- Assisting our service team with an eye for detail and making sure all orders, manufacturing and quotes are correct including processing orders and quotes
- Ensuring all enquiries, quotes, orders are accurately processed in our systems
- Providing the correct product and delivery information to our Despatch team for our customers
- Liaising with other Teams (sales team) to ensure full completion of all customer transactions to our established workflows
- Undertaking general administrative tasks to support all Sales / Customer Service requirements

About You
- Ideally you will have experiences in a similar Internal Sales role in the Steel Manufacturing / Building Products industry or have significant insights on roofing and rainwater products
- Excellent administration, accuracy to check all orders before going into production
- An eye for detail and excellent data entry / typing skills (Microsoft)
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
- Team player who enjoys a busy and rewarding work environment
- Ideally, applicants will reside on Brisbane Northside and be willing to work 8.30am to 5.00pm.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.36 per hour
