Office Administrator – Car Dealership
LOCATION: Northgate, QLD 4013
We're a small family-owned car dealership in Northgate and we're looking for a reliable, organised, and friendly Office Admin to help us keep things running smoothly.
This role is pretty hands-on and varied, so if you like being the go-to person in a small team and don't mind wearing a few hats, you'll fit right in. It's also a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience or build their skills in administration, customer service, and the automotive industry — no prior experience required, just the right attitude
What you'll be doing:
- Talking to customers (phone, email, and in person)
- Keeping records and handling data entry
- Preparing paperwork for Main Roads
- Helping with contracts and invoices (drafting and organising)
- Taking photos/videos of cars and uploading them to social media
- Helping with marketing and walk-in customer enquiries
- Assisting the Director with his schedule and day-to-day jobs
- General admin to keep the office in shape
What we're looking for:
- Someone organised, friendly, and good with people
- Comfortable on the phone, email, and face-to-face with customers
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets)
- Happy to jump on social media and post content
- Attention to detail (especially with paperwork)
- A driver's licence is essential but not preferred
- Available 9-5 Monday to Friday is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 – $850.00 per week
