Process Worker- Pineapple Inspector

We are looking for people with various skills to join teams in different departments:

  • Pine Line - involves working on a line with pineapples - repetitive actions and moving parts; lifting, pushing and pulling
  • Fruit Receival - involves quality assurance and data entry of incoming fruit
  • Machine Operating - involved feeding pineapples into machine to prepare them for canning
  • Cleaners - cleaning the lines and machines at the end of the day after production

About the Job:

  • Day shift: 6:30am starts 2-4 days a week
  • Production runs mainly Wednesday through to Friday (must also be available Tuesday)
  • Working with fresh fruit, no meat production onsite
  • All training will be supplied
  • Accessible by public transport

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have the ability to work under pressure within a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Have knowledge of handling food products appropriately and within strict hygiene standards
  • Experience not required but preferred. Good attitude is a must.
  • Happy to comply with all PPE requirements
