What Your Week Looks Like:
Your journey starts with a structured and supportive transition into practice.

• First 12 weeks: Orientation, shadowing, and gradual caseload introduction with no billables in Week 1
• Months 3–5: Progress to 4 billable hours per day with continued supervision and skill development
• Months 6–12: Build to 5 billable hours per day, with tailored clients based on your interests and goals
• Participate in monthly multidisciplinary team meetings, leadership coaching, and peer development sessions
• Work within a newly renovated clinic with sensory spaces and your own dedicated desk, laptop, and iPhone

Billable expectations increase gradually:

• Months 3–5: 4 hours per day
• Months 6–12: 5 hours per day

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
• Registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA
• Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
