Let’s talk about you:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably in a large organisation
- Strong knowledge of knowledge management principles and practices, including taxonomy development, content management and information architecture.
- Qualifications in information science, computer science or a related field
- Proficiency in SharePoint and other knowledge management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to management multiple priories and meet deadlines
How will you support our “Why?”
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge management system that encompasses all areas of Aussie Broadband
- Create and maintain taxonomies, classification schemes, and other tools to facilitate the organisation and retrieval of knowledge
- Provide training and support to employees on the use of knowledge management systems.
- Work with stakeholders across the organisation to identify and capture knowledge that is critical to the success of Aussie Broadband
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the knowledge management system, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
