The business is currently in a stage of exciting transformation. There is now a 12-month maternity contract, GM of Marketing opportunity available, to lead the Plumbing and HVAC-R portfolio.

**The Role**:
Reporting into the CMO, Reece is now looking to entrust a new Marketing Leader (GM of Marketing) in a 12-month contract position, to proudly lead the Plumbing and HVAC-R portfolios in the B2B space. The GM of Marketing will have a real vision to continue building out the marketing, brand and customer experience agenda and steer the direction of the long-term marketing strategy for Plumbing and HVAC-R Business Units. You will also:

- Provide strategic leadership in delivering high-profile marketing and CX strategies
- Manage the ongoing growth and development of marketing, digital, brand, insights and CX functionality
- Leading cross-functional teams to up lift capabilities in the business
- Manage, coach and develop a highly collaborative and best in class marketing team of 6
- Managing the internal and external agency suppliers and key partnerships
- Work with stakeholders to provide vision and thought leadership to marketing across the business

**Skills & Experience**:

- You’ll have previous senior marketing leadership experience gained from a progressive tech/ retail, B2B or FMCG organisation
- Data-driven, analytical with an ability to use tangible insights to initiate business change
- You'll have strong people leadership experience
- You’ll be a commercial and strategic marketing leader who has proven experience in significantly growing marketing capacity
- You’ll have proven experience in taking a bricks-and-mortar brand through a transformation journey into a more digital centric future.
- You are customer-centric and Insight led

Self-driven, with a strong ability to build business partnerships and influence in senior management situations, the GM of Marketing will thrive in leadership and have top-notch communication skills. You’ll be results orientated and with a high level of business acumen. A natural problem-solver you’ll thrive in a challenge and be confident when delivering a change agenda.
