**Head of Talent and Growth - TABOO**

Join one of Melbourne's leading independent creative agencies as our Head of Talent. The Head of Talent plays a crucial role in building and managing the agency's human resources and talent acquisition processes. The primary responsibility is to attract and retain the best talent to support the agency's creative vision and business objectives.

Role: Head of Talent and Growth

Location: Melbourne, Victoria

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary Range: $130K - 160k (inclusive)

**Responsibilities**:

- Talent Acquisition: Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier professionals across various departments, such as creative, account management, strategy, and production.
- Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires, facilitating their integration into the agency's culture and providing the necessary resources for success.
- Talent Development: Implementing performance management systems and fostering career development initiatives to nurture and grow the skills and potential of existing employees.
- Employee Engagement: Creating and promoting programs that boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- HR Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Industry Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals and networking within the advertising and creative community to attract top talent.
- Talent Branding: Enhancing the agency's reputation as an employer of choice by establishing a compelling talent brand in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business.
- 7+ years of talent acquisition experience in the advertising industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with HR software proficiency.
- Global talent experience preferred
