**The Role**

Russell Healthcare are looking for Support workers who genuinely care and enjoy helping individuals with greater independence. It is Important to understand every individual’s needs and how they wish to continue living.

Location: Bethania QLD SIL home 24/7 care

We have two lovely gentlemen in our SIL home.

This house is a 24/7 facilitated independent living. We are looking for two new team members that are reliable, hard working, trust worthy and have fantastic communication skills. We have our RN in the house most of the week for extra training/advise.

We need someone who is available for two days and two nights shifts each. (consistent/permanent roster)

**YOU MUST BE QUALIFIED**

Services we provide for our clients are.
- Domestic Assistance
- Personal Care
- Social support
- Transport
- Shopping, doctor’s appointments etc
- Meal preparation
- Dementia care
- Palliative care
- High needs care
- Squalor and Hoarding cleaning
- Respite care
- Sleep overs
- Lawns and gardens

**Skills and Requirements**

It is a requirement to have had at least 12 months experience in this industry and all up to date certifications to be qualified for an interview.
- Police Check
- Blue card
- Ndis Workers screening
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- First Aid Certification
- Cert 3 in Disability or Aged care
- NDIS Mandatory training cert (we can provide training)

Russell HealthCare is a community-based service provider that offers support to people with intellectual and or multiple disabilities, alongside the NDIS.

We are involved in the day-to-day details of our client’s care, from identifying the different types of care and support, to finding the right care worker.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $65.00 per hour
