Inventory Coordinator

**How you contribute**
- We are looking for a driven team player, who is highly self-motivated and looking to actively contribute to an innovative and fast paced environment; working to meet deadlines. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to engage and influence and help others with an enthusiastic attitude

**Here’s what we need**:

- Picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders
- Unloading, checking and receipt of deliveries
- Completion of cyclic counting and stock counts
- Maintenance and adherence to internal warehouse / logistics processes and procedures ensuring compliance
- Adherence to OH&S requirements and maintaining exemplary housekeeping standards
- Accurately receiving stock, entering the data into the system, and ensuring it is stored in the correct location
- Arranging dispatch of the products
- Overseeing inventory levels, and notifying the relevant stakeholders when more stock is required
- Inventory management including stocktaking and spot checks
- Previous warehousing/inventory coordination experience preferred
- Interaction with suppliers, you'll be responsible for the purchasing, receipting and invoicing when and as required.
- Processing of procurement duties when and as needed

**How you’ll succeed**:

- Minimum 2 years proven experience in a similar capacity
- Working knowledge of an Advanced Warehouse Software solution
- Customer-orientated - both internal and external
- Effective interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and set priorities
- Able to work under pressure
- MS Office knowledge
- A valid driver’s license
- Understanding of procurement processes (Desirable)
- Familiarity with sales and order intake processes (Desirable)
- Current Forklift license (Desirable)
- ERP Software experience (Desirable)
