We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 
Inventory & Administration Clerk
 to support our procurement, inventory, and customer service operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in supply chain and business operations within the dynamic agrochemical manufacturing industry.

Australian Residents or Permanent Resident rights are required for this position.

What you'll do:

  • Purchased Inventory & Sales Movement Liaison
  • Track orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records aligned with sales activities.
  • Business Administration
  • Assist with document management, filing, and internal communications.
  • Customer Service Administration
  • Support the customer service team with order processing, calls, and issue resolution.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Control
  • Monitor daily stock levels and ensure accurate data entry of raw materials and finished products.
  • Data Entry & ERP Management
  • Input and maintain data in inventory and ERP systems for real-time stock visibility.
  • ERP Systems Experience
  • Experience with any ERP system is preferred, with training provided for our specific systems.
  • Analytical Support
  • Prepare reports and analysis to assist inventory forecasting and procurement decisions.
  • Logistics Coordination
  • Collaborate with logistics suppliers and internal teams to maintain high DIFOT performance.
  • Administrative Assistance to Senior Managers
  • Provide support to Procurement and Customer Service Managers as required.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to interpret and work with data analysis reports.
  • A proactive team player with eagerness to learn and grow.
