Due to growth, we are currently looking for a Development Manager to join our Land Lease Communities team based in Perth.

Now is an exciting time to join this market disrupting sector, with a strong pipeline of projects at different stages of delivery this is a diverse role that will give you the ability to grow your career working on Stockland’s market leading Land Leased Communities projects. These are typically comprising of freestanding homes, clubhouses and recreational facilities (pools, bowling greens, etc).

You will play a critical role in fostering cross-discipline collaboration and creating relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. By driving strong engagement and ongoing relationships, you will ensure support for the Project Vision and agreed outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high profile and strategic sector for Stockland, with the projects incorporating elements of land, built form and commercial development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively manage projects from conception to completion
- Design development and DA preparation
- Support additional acquisition assessments to further grow the pipeline
- Continually monitor markets, including cultivating relationships
- Prepare and maintain financial models for current and prospective projects
- Lead/implement Residential Sustainability Policy at a project level
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

**About You**
- Residential Land or Built Form Development experience including preparation of Development Applications
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams
- Project, cost and risk management expertise
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Customer focused
- Proactive and results orientated
- Degree qualified in a related discipline
