**Your Role**

**Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving service excellence and business growth?**

We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Manager to lead our WA operations from Kewdale, driving customer service excellence, regional growth, and operational efficiency.

**About the role**:As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the regional service business. This includes leading a team of Technicians and working closely with Service Planners and Administrators to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. You’ll play a key role in strengthening collaboration between service and sales teams, building long-term relationships with customers and partners through regular site visits, and maintaining a strong focus on workplace health and safety standards.

- **Technical Expertise**:Proven technical acumen with a strong analytical mindset.
- **Leadership & People Management**:Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- **Collaborative Team Player**:Committed to fostering a positive team culture and driving meaningful cultural change.
- **Financial Acumen**:Solid understanding of financial drivers in a service-based business environment.
- **Results-Oriented**:Dedicated to achieving revenue and profitability targets, including effective management of warranty and service variation outcomes.
- **Preferred Experience**:Background in multinational or comparable environments, with hands-on experience managing key service metrics such as utilisation, work-in-progress (WIP), and backlog.
- **Mobility**:Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region to support geographically dispersed teams and engage with customer sites.
